A: In order to have the SCTVF International TV Program Market started in a successful way, keep the harmony and the order, all the exhibitors please follow the rules as bellows:
a. During the festival, all exhibitors would subject to the management of the organizer and the hotel. Please take care of hotel facilities. If any equipment or facility loss or damage happens, full compensation will be requested.
b. Do not drill on the wall or carpet. Heavy tools such as hammer or saw are strictly to be used.
c. Do not use any type of glue tapes on the wall in business suites. Exhibitors could make use of Roll up Banner Stand to show your posters.
d. In order to keep the exhibitors property security, all exhibitors should cooperate with the organizer for fire protection. Do not smoke in the display area. Go to smoking zone if needed.
e. Without permission of the organizer, all exhibitors would not be allowed to post any form of advertisement or set up light boxes in public area such as aisles etc. If any posters, promotional materials, and light boxes against rules are founded, the organizer has the right to remove them.
